The Finnish National Food Waste Week 2022, "Hävikkiviikko", was arranged on 12th - 18th September.
Kitsain team is grateful to Kuluttajaliitto (The Consumers’ Union of Finland) for the possibility to showcase in it's main event's panel by Ville, how simple digitalized solutions and daily habits could reduce food waste in the home kitchens. Ville also described how EU wide or even Global directives, standards and industry commitments through the foodchain could also help in forming these habits.
